P.O.S NOTICE!

  1.  Only approved transaction will be liable to release goods to the customer.
  2.  Any DECLINED/FAILED transaction is not liable to release goods to customer even if the customer is debited.
  3. If customer is debited while the transaction is declined/failed, the customer is to go to our CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE at ground floor to fill a settlement form, which will enable SAHAD STORES LTD to send a complain to their bank for proper reconciliation. It is advisable too, to the customer to go to his/her bank if not credited after 24hrs to lodge a complain and fill a settlement form. SAHAD STORES LTD is not liable to reverse the customer’s debited amount except your bank only after following a due process. Please do not use our P.O.S if you are not satisfied with the above information.
  4. PLEASE CROSSCHECK YOUR POS AND SYSTEM RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING OUR CASH POINT.
